In its second annual Power List, The Pathologist Magazine focuses on the next generation in the field to recognize the achievements of 41 outstanding trainees and early-career professionals. The international list of the "rising stars" in pathology and laboratory medicine includes three former, current, and future Department members: cytopathologist Roseann I. Wu, MD, MPH, Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Nicole Riddle, MD, 2011-13 Bone and Soft-Tissue Fellow at Pennsylvania Hospital, and Marcos Lepe, MD, 2018-19 Cytopathology Fellow at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The inaugural "Power List" by the magazine in 2015 included the Department Chair Dr. David Roth as one of the top 100 of influential pathologists and laboratory medicine professionals worldwide.
