Liver PSC project in collaboration with CHOP: Rashmi Tondon, Pierre Russo, Emma Elizabeth Furth: Reviewing patients who have had a second liver transplant for variable liver diseases at HUP and CHOP and examine the allograft explant for a number of histologic features and compare these findings to the disease and anastomosis types.

2. NET pancreas project: Rashmi Tondon, Kristen Stashek, Emma Elizabeth Furth: Digital image analysis of Ki-67 proliferative index in 63 cases (15 years data base) of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNET) to evaluate the role of tumor heterogeneity in ki-67 assessment and hence the impact on final grading of the tumor.

3. Histopathology of Ipilimumab induced colitis: Rashmi Tondon, Kristen Stashek, Stuti Shroff, Emma Elizabeth Furth. A study of six cases and review of literature.

4. Malignant transformation of Schneiderian papillomas and role of HPV: Shobha Parajuli, Rashmi Tondon, Kathleen Montone, Kumarasen Cooper: To identify HPV types in scheiderian papillomas with varying degree of dysplasia and the ones who have undergone malignant transformation by using in situ hybridization (ISH) for HPV E6 and E7 messenger RNA (mRNA) to illustrate role of HPV, if any in the malignant transformation of schneiderian papillomas in 44 cases from past 10 years.
