Lauren Schwartz, MD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and Associate Program Director for the Pathology Residency Program, was one of sixteen UPHS employees who were part of cohort 15 in the 2016 "Leading Success Program." The yearlong program is an introductory leadership skills development program for supervisors and managers to increase their current effectiveness and learn how to prepare themselves for more complex or senior positions in the future.
