Ling-Lin (Emily) Pai, MD, PhD, the PGY-2 resident in the Combined Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology Program, was selected recently as one of the three recipients of the 2022 Resident Recruitment Award granted by the Society for Pediatric Pathology. As part of the award, her winning Case Report will be presented as a poster at the fall meeting in Rochester, New York. A special lunch with well-known pediatric pathologists (“Legends in Pediatric Pathology”) is also included. The SPP Resident Recruitment Award was established in 2020 to to encourage residents to consider a career in pediatric pathology. Winners are also encouraged to submit their case reports for consideration to Pediatric and Developmental Pathology, the official journal of SPP and the Paediatric Pathology Society.
