Fellowship Overview

The divisions of Pathology Informatics at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) have partnered with the DBHi Clinical Informatics Fellowship program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to offer a pathology informatics concentration within the ACGME accredited Clinical Informatics fellowship. This concentration aims to produce pathology informatics professionals poised to:

Lead informatics initiatives both within a pathology department and throughout the enterprise

Interface and contribute to formal EHR related processes, projects, and groups

Develop and implement solutions at the intersection of pathology and general clinical informatics to improve patient care
