John Q. Trojanowski, MD, PhD, is the co-recipient of this year's American Association of Neuropathologists (AANP) Meritorious Award. The 2015 AANP Meritorious Award "recognizes a member who has made significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge in neuropathology and provided service to the American Association of Neuropathologists.” Prior department faculty members who have been honored with the AANP's award for meritorious contributions to neuropathology include Drs. Lucy B. Rorke, Nicholas K. Gonatas, and William W. Schlaepfer.
